GOOD LUCK IS : preparation meets opportunity
The rules for becoming a real estate broker became stricter in 2010, with mandatory training in law, ethics, home evaluations, quality of construction and much more, leading to a more demanding license test. As a bilingual Anglophone, I took my training and test in French to improve my ability to serve my clients in both languages.
I have a great passion for housing, architecture and Montreal’s historic past, and combined with 20 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, as well as my own personal success with real estate investment, I feel uniquely qualified and incredibly honored to help my clients achieve their goals.
The purchase or sale of your home is without a doubt one of the most important events in your life. As your Sutton broker, I will be there to act as a third party negotiator, to give you the protection offered to you by real estate brokerage and to understand the needs of all parties involved in the transaction. I am committed to not only help you find the home of your dreams but also to help you determine your purchasing power, to help you secure suitable deposits and financing and to secure a binding contract.
