So generous and kind

We were looking for an investment property and I messed everything up: wrote the realtor selling the place I wanted directly (I had no idea this meant I was now *his* client). When I then looked for a realtor of my own, almost no one responded, and those who did explained why they would not take me on - they would not make a commission due to my mistake. Then I found Peter. I wrote him anxiously at the midnight hour, wanting to see the place the next day. He wrote me back right away, reassured me, and agreed to work together even if it meant he didn't get anything from the sale. I didn't wind up getting that place (my offer wasn't accepted) but did take a different one that Peter suggested. It's absolutely perfect and no other realtor would have been so generous and kind. Peter is a wonderful person. Can't recommend him highly enough.
